I had a pleasant stay at Nichols Village Hotel & Spa; the hotel is clean and provides spacious rooms that suit families well. The breakfast is definitely a highlight, offering plenty of tasty options. However, the dining service could use some improvement in terms of staff availability, especially during busy hours. Overall, the amenities are enjoyable, and I appreciate the thoughtful touches from the staff that enhanced my experience.
